What you need: 1- 1/2 gal food safe container 1/2 gal whipping cream 1/4 c plain unsweetened kefir cheese cloth or vented lid time Clean and sanitize your container. Add half your cream Add kefir Add the rest of the cream cover the container with cheese cloth or placing the lid on top. Don't tighten it.
